Geothermal: Geothermal resources are generated deep within the Earth by process of the radioactive decay of rocks. This process never ends so the energy is always there. Some people harvest the heated water found deep in the Earth from this process to heat their homes.
Wind: Wind energy is captured usually by using wind mills. It is renewable because there is always wind as long as their is the sun. It is a natural part of the Earth's weather patterns. When the wind blows it turns the blade of the wind mills, this in turn results in the production of electricity when the turbines connected to the blades begin to move.
More energy sources are out there to be used, we just have to figure out how to use them. Some people have dedicated their lives to this pursuit and new ideas are introduced every day. The recent initiative to find alternative energy sources has pushed the popularity of this issue in recent years.
